Senior Campaign Sales Manager

Based in Central London, this role combines sales expertise with project management across print, digital and video campaigns.

The Role:
As a Senior Campaign Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling print, video & digital advertising to key clients and top UK corporate companies, plus depending on each campaign, international clients too - through sales meetings. This is a commercial role, and your primary responsibility is to meet and exceed sales targets. In addition, you will be responsible for all aspects of commercial activity associated with ensuring the delivery of high quality and profitable reports for publication including;
· Presenting and pitching advertising opportunities via face-to-face meetings
· Securing sponsorship and distribution channels
· Liaising with the editorial teams, key opinion leaders, influencers and organisations
· Researching your own niche content marketing campaign and developing the sales story
· Mentoring & supporting junior team members & providing day to day support to the line manager when required.
Required Skills and Experience:
· 2-3 years b2b sales experience, ideally within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience within media/digital sales or SDR/AE roles an advantage.
· Highly driven, commercially minded and results-focused, with a proven track record of consistently high performance
· Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy, showing sound judgment and initiative, while also acting as a collaborative team leader and role model
· Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
· Comfortable owning ambitious sales targets, with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
· Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders and a diverse range of clients
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of high achievement and a proactive approach to improving processes and results
· Fluent in English
