As the Integrated Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of print and digital campaigns production across the US market.
We are now looking for an Integrated Production Manager.
About the Role:
This role manages key external production partnerships (including publishers and vendors), ensures seamless delivery across multiple channels, and supports the lifecycle of campaigns from pre-launch through execution and post-launch.
The role is a full-time position based in the Mediaplanet’s NYC office in Flatiron. You are expected to work from the office at least 4 days per week (M-Th). You will report to the Managing Director of the US market.
Full time salary $60,000.
Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of experience in production, marketing operations, or campaign management (agency or media experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of print and digital production workflows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Airtable, Filestage).
- Experience with social media and press release processes a plus.
- Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, especially during high-volume campaign periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Third Party Partnerships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party partners, newspaper partners, and printing vendors.
- Send and track approvals for campaign titles and launch dates.
- Communicate updates regarding new titles, launch dates, and schedule changes.
- Manage insertion orders and ensure all deliverables meet contractual terms.
- Schedule and lead quarterly partner meetings to share performance and production updates.
- Send client articles for uploading to partner sites or publications.
- Oversee crisis management for production-related issues, including reprints, copy errors, shipment delays, and editorial discrepancies.
- Act as the point of contact for 3rd party tools and vendors, including PR Newswire, Getty, Filestage, and Otter.
- Handle ad hoc production and partner management needs as they arise.
Production Process (During Live Editions / Campaigns)
- Manage press draws and ensure proper quantities for each campaign and market.
- Oversee processes for new product and campaign launches from planning through execution.
- Supervise the production of custom materials such as press releases, giveaways, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to confirm delivery quantities and timelines.
- Manage deliveries to and from the office, ensuring timely distribution of materials.
- Review and proof campaign versions (V2 & V3) for accuracy and alignment with creative and editorial standards.
Launch Day Responsibilities
- Draft and submit press releases to PR Newswire and relevant outlets.
- Create and post social content for Instagram (stories and grid) and LinkedIn.
- Prepare and share pre-launch deliverable links and status updates with internal teams.
- Compile comprehensive client deliverables lists, identifying any outstanding items.
- Co-host quarterly internal update meetings with leadership to review production progress, issues, and improvements.
