As part of Caybon, we have 12 offices across Europe and North America. As the Digital Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for connecting digital audiences to our campaign.
We are now looking for a Digital Campaign Manager.
About the Role
In this role you’ll manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns and ensure efficient traffic across multiple platforms in the US market. You’ll be the go-to expert for campaign execution, data-driven insights, and cross-team collaboration to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
The role is a full-time position based in the Mediaplanet’s NYC office in Flatiron. You are expected to work from the office at least 4 days per week (M-Th). You will report to the Managing Director of the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Leverage digital analytics tools like GA4 to monitor performance, interpret campaign data, and support tag setup for accurate tracking and optimization
- Traffic Management: Oversee the trafficking process to ensure all ads are accurately placed and optimized for performance, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign metrics, using data to make proactive adjustments and drive campaign success.
- Web editing: Uploading and editing content on the Mediaplanet owned platforms through the CMS (WordPress.)
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, account management, and partner platforms to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform guidelines, industry standards, and deliver the highest level of quality.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in digital advertising and traffic management, ideally within a media agency environment.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in ad platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and comfortable using analytics tools to track and optimize performance. Knowledgeable in SEO and confident working with web editing in WordPress or similar CMS.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, measure campaign success, and implement data-driven optimizations. Having worked with large sets of data and/or in platforms such as Tableau is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to juggle multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Communication: Clear and confident communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a problem-solving approach.
US Market Knowledge: Understanding of digital trends and media consumption habits in the US market is a significant advantage.
Salary: $65,000
